Development Finance
Property development finance, this is available for large sites or land subdivisions and small to medium developments.
As every project is different, we will assess all of your projects, as a guide our lenders are usually ok to lend up to 65% of Value, so you will need to put some equity in, it will need to be a viable project, with a sensible profit margin.
We have good success with loans of $1M to $10M, so this means small to medium developments, our lenders are ok with landbanks if you are wanting to change the DA to get a higher yeild
We have institutional lenders for the bigger developments, upto $50M, we can also do JVs with lenders & builders, so if it is viable but not enough equity, we can get equity for you or a JV is the way to get this done.
Another scenario could be a raw site (for land subdivision) that you are going to get a DA for, this may be on an option & you are looking for investors or buyers, we have investors & developers available for this.
